Farm2Clinic is a nutrition education and outreach program led by Dr. Lauren Sastre. The organization seeks to connect residents of Eastern North Carolina to nutritious food as a means of preventing and regulating chronic diseases.

Dr. Sastre employed me to create a series of graphics to be used in promotional material. Below are some of the pieces I created with constant feedback from Dr. Sastre and her team.
